# License

> One instance, three terms, and a key you manage in the portal.

A Vasl license is for one media server instance. You pick the machine. Monthly, annual, and perpetual terms include the same protocol set.

| Term | Price | How it bills |
| - | - | - |
| Monthly | \$80 / month | Every month. Cancel anytime. |
| Annual | \$800 / year | Once a year. |
| Perpetual | \$3,000 | Once. The license stays with you. |

Prices are listed on [vasl.sh](https://vasl.sh/#pricing). Checkout opens from **Buy monthly**, **Buy annual**, or **Buy perpetual**. Card details stay with the checkout provider.
